As a specialist in nutrition and wellness, I focus on health, balance, assessing and managing diet and fitness needs for my clients. It’s a collaborative process. Together, we set goals. Together, we establish the path forward to make sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes.
We consider underlying factors and challenges of daily life.
We create a bond based on personal empowerment and support in keeping health commitments and learning accountability.

Individual Sessions
Face-to-face. One client at a time. Just as there are no two people exactly alike, there is no “one size fits all” answer. Each client receives a plan tailored to his or her specific needs.
